Service Description
New to Ophelia? This is where we get to know your skin. Your 90-minute appointment starts with a 30-minute consultation to talk through your skin, concerns, routine, and goals. You’ll fill out a detailed intake form beforehand, giving us a chance to go over your current products and get a better picture of what your skin needs. Then, you’ll settle in for a 60-minute facial tailored specifically to your skin that day. We’ll finish with personalized recommendations and a simple plan for where to go from here.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Ophelia Esthetics! A confirmation will be sent once your appointment is scheduled. To secure your appointment, a valid card must be placed on file at the time of booking through Vagaro. No pre-payment is required; payment will be collected at the end of your service by the service provider and not Vagaro. I accept debit cards, credit cards, tap-to-pay options, checks, and cash. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I kindly ask that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-shows or same-day cancellations (less than 2 hours' notice) will result in a 100% charge of the missed service(s). Repeated violations may impact future booking availability.
