Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy Thank you for choosing Ophelia Esthetics! A confirmation will be sent once your appointment is scheduled. To secure your appointment, a valid card must be placed on file at the time of booking through Vagaro. No pre-payment is required; payment will be collected at the end of your service by the service provider and not Vagaro. I accept debit cards, credit cards, tap-to-pay options, checks, and cash. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy I kindly ask that you notify me at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-shows or same-day cancellations (less than 2 hours' notice) will result in a 100% charge of the missed service(s). Repeated violations may impact future booking availability. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. I look forward to having your time!
