Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Ophelia Esthetics, my goal is to ensure that every client receives the highest level of service and satisfaction. Due to the nature of my business and the advance booking of services, I have established the following refund and cancellation policy:
Main Attraction Services
Non-Refundable Down Payment
A non-refundable down payment is required to secure your appointment. This down payment guarantees your time and services for the selected date. Please note that down payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellations

Cancellations made more than six (6) months before the scheduled service date are eligible for a 50% refund of the down payment.

Cancellations made less than six (6) months prior to the scheduled service date will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule your appointment up to three (3) months before the original service date without penalty, depending on availability. Any rescheduling requests made less than three (3) months prior may incur additional fees.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond either party’s control (natural disasters, illness, emergencies), appointments may be rescheduled without penalty. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Processing
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request.
Facial Services
When booking your appointment you will be sent to The Beauty Bar Varago booking site to secure your appointment, a valid card must be placed on file at the time of booking. No pre-payment is required, payment will be collected at the end of your service. We accept debit cards, credit cards, tap-to-pay options, and cash.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service(s).

No-shows or same-day cancellations (less than 2 hours' notice) will result in a 100% charge of the missed service(s).

Repeated violations may impact future booking availability.
Rescheduling Appointments

You may reschedule your appointment if you contact me more than 24 hours before the original appointment time.

Rescheduling is subject to availability. I will do my best to accommodate your preferred date and time.

If no suitable date is available, you can choose to receive a full refund of your down payment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened to ensure I stay on schedule. The full service fee will still apply, and no refunds will be given for the reduced time.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact me directly via phone or email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
By securing your appointment with a down payment or card on file, you agree to the terms of this refund and cancellation policy.
